PLAN YOUR VISIT TO WOLF PARK FOR THE SOLAR ECLIPSE

Bring a blanket and your picnic basket to come enjoy the weather and view the eclipse from Wolf Park’s wide open spaces. The eclipse is predicted to begin at 3:01pm and end at 3:12pm with our area experiencing it at ~3:06pm ET!

Visitors have limited access to our animal exhibits, buildings, and picnic area. We can’t guarantee which ambassador animals you’ll see in our general admission area. Wolf Park offers daily tours as well as Walkabouts periodically throughout the day, allowing guests to walk our trail with a guide to see our other ambassadors!

We cannot guarantee the visibility of our animal ambassadors. Respecting the autonomy of our ambassadors is essential to their welfare, and they have large, naturalized habitats that allow them to move or rest out of sight from the tour path.

The best way to see and learn about our ambassador animals is by booking tickets to one of our guided tours or events to access the entire park. Booking is also available through the program list below. Please note: our tours and programs often sell out in advance and availability varies. Please reserve your tour tickets before you arrive.

Wolf Park will NOT have Eclipse Glasses for purchase. Please come prepared! Prophetstown State Park has glasses for sale while supplies last!
