Wolf Park offers a one-of-a-kind educational opportunity. Private tours are available to groups or individuals that want to visit our facility outside of public tour hours. Programming for these events is the same as programming for our regular guided tours and Howl Nights.

Private Guided Tours and Howl Nights

A staff member will show you Wolf Park and talk about our facility, animals, and history in detail. Activities vary but provide many chances to see the animals, ask questions, and visit the gift shop.

Private tours are offered mornings May – November before our regular open hours, or anytime of day December – April. Tour vary in price by group size beginning at $100. The program lasts approximately 90 minutes. Please schedule at least two weeks in advance by calling 765-567-2265 or emailing wolfpark@wolfpark.org.

Private Howl Nights (by appointment only): Private Howl Nights are great for school and youth groups, as well as for businesses and family gatherings. These evening programs begin with a talk by the staff about communication followed by a handling demonstration in which the staff steps into the enclosure with the wolves. There will be opportunities to howl along with the wolves, ask questions and visit our gift shop.

Howl Nights can be scheduled Sunday – Thursday during evening hours. The talk lasts about an hour with time after to ask questions and shop. Prices vary by group size beginning with a $250 minimum. Please schedule at least two weeks in advance by calling 765-567-2265 or emailing wolfpark@wolfpark.org.

Private Tours and Howls must be paid in advance. Groups with children must have a suitable number of chaperones. Your date will only be held once payment is received. Please call (765) 567-2265 or email wolfpark@wolfpark.org to set up your appointment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and checks.

Cancellation / Refund Policy: If you need to reschedule your session, you may do so by calling Wolf Park at least 48 hours in advance. If 48 hours’ notice is not provided, the session will be considered cancelled and no refund will be issued. While we will try to accommodate your date requests, rescheduling will be based on availability. In the unusual case that Wolf Park needs to cancel the visit, we will refund your payment.

School Tours

Wolf Park offers a one-of-a-kind educational opportunity. Private tours are available to school groups that want to visit our facility outside of public tour hours.

In addition to a guided tour of Wolf Park, our staff will do a Handling Demonstration, which is an opportunity to see our experts inside the enclosure interacting with our socialized wolves. Your group will hear a lecture on foxes, wolves and coyotes and have the chance for Q&A and a visit to our gift shop.

Discounted group tours are $4.50 per student age 6-13, and $6.50 per student and adult age 14 and over, with a minimum of $100.00  For RECOGNIZED SCHOOL CORPORATIONS ONLY – we will hold your reservation without deposit, but we expect payment in full upon arrival. Other Private Events

If you are looking for a unique place to hold a meeting for up to 100 people, The Wright Center is available. The private event fee includes an educational tour of the park. This modern facility is outfitted with high-end audio/visual equipment capable of accommodating 8 microphoned speakers at once and is capable of PowerPoint and video presentations.

We offer space for other events such as birthday parties and company picnics (up to 400 people outside; 100 people inside) which also include educational lectures. Sometimes a fox visit can be arranged for the birthday child during birthday parties. Overnight visits for organized groups (scouts, 4-Hers, etc.) can sometimes be arranged. We also offer private seminars on a variety of topics including wolf behavior, captive management, dog training, ethology, and wolf hybrids.
