March – April: Tours leave at 1:15 and 2:15 every Saturday
Length: One half mile.
Duration: Approximately 45 minutes
Terrain: Flat, gravel trail. The entire park is wheelchair and stroller accessible.
Guided walking tours take visitors on a leisurely walk of the park. Docents will provide interesting information about the Park’s ambassador animals and their wild cousins. The path circles between the canid enclosures and the bison pastures, stopping to see all of the species the Park currently has on display. This is a great opportunity for guests to ask questions, see many of the animals, and enjoy the country air. Golf carts are available for visitors unable to walk the distance. No reservations are necessary.
Photography is permitted and encouraged!
